You might say that real estate runs in Jed's family. Following in the footsteps of his Grandparents, Aunt and Dad, Jed has grown up in the Wenatchee valley real estate industry.
Starting in 1990, he became involved in his Father's construction company. For the next 8 years he was educated by on-the-job training in all aspects of construction from land development, custom and spec home construction, relocation of 12 homes to a new site, to 2 mini-warehouses.
From 1993-1998, he studied construction management at Washington State University during which time he supervised the construction of a 5 bedroom home for personal occupancy while attending school.
Upon graduation, a new path was chosen that followed the stock market boom of the late 1990's. He was educated in strategies on how to create income from the stock market such as buying and selling stocks and call/put options, credit/debit spreads, dividend capturing, and entity planning which led to employment for the next 3 years selling educational seminars of the same topic.
After a rewarding experience in the city, Jed returned home to the Wenatchee valley to start a new career in real estate sales and be able to enjoy the outdoor amenities and lifestyle that the valley has to offer including skiing at Mission Ridge, mountain biking the numerous trails around the area, hunting in the Colockum wildlife area, backpacking on the east slopes of the Cascade mountain range, rafting and kayaking on the well known Wenatchee river, enjoying the 4 distinct seasons that create ever changing beauty year-round.
With his knowledge of the construction process and previous sales experience, Jed is currently specializing in working with entry-level buyers and marketing new construction.
